今年是非常努力生活的一年，花了許多時間調適和學習，雖然不能說輕鬆、甚至經常覺得辛苦，但也算是從中成長許多。2017 年度回顧我寫著：「在探索光明與黑暗後，更珍惜一路上的美好」，那 2018 年的回顧應該是：「在實踐中，學習好好生活」。

相信自己是值得被愛的

我是個大尺寸女孩。我很努力生活。經過三十年，我終於開始相信自己值得被愛。
